Anti-burst Birth Ball
This anti burst birthing ball is ideal for use during pregnancy, labour and the birth of your baby as well as after the birth.
The ball should be big enough so that when you sit on it during pregnancy your knees are lower than your hips. This ensures that good posture is maintained helping to relieve low back pain and it can help to encourage your baby into a good position for labour and birth. Other simple movements can be done to strengthen and tone lower abdominal and pelvic floor muscles. It will be the most comfortable thing you sit on when you are pregnant.
During labour your ball can be used to help keep you active and mobile and you can use it at home and take it into hospital. It comes with a foot pump to easily inflate your ball to the ideal size.
You will also want to use your ball after the birth of your baby to do gentle exercises to strengthen and tone your pelvic floor muscles as well as be a back saving device for bouncing on when trying to settle your baby.
